Hello Matt: Any chance you could put a title over any of these wonderful links; give a context what the particular subject might be of the particular article? Jeff

Thank you for posting these articles.
I'm thinking about possibly starting up my own dojo (someday, far, far into the future). These articles are a great resource and have been giving me lots of things to consider.
BTW: I particularly liked the article "Why Students Quit".

i have a consultant, he got me to read this book, "good to great". is awesome, a little confusing because is not about martial arts, but business, and its good. www.goodtogreat.comalso, my brother is using gorilla marketing in 30 days. he's doing that right now in my school.

Somebody might get some value out of going thu the articles over on www.24fightingchickens.comThe site owner has some really good and depending on your POV some really out of the box ideas about martial arts and business--and by "out of the box" I mean actually using normal business models and approachs to the martial arts. The sections on how to run a karate club are gold. Also some real food for thought about the motivation and reasons for opening and running a club/school. You may read some opinions and POV that you seriously disagree with--but its a really good read none-the-less.
