Here is a site I just found about the contact twist,, this has a good detailed info. Do you think this is a good lift?

The Full-contact twist is a great exercise! Really builds obliques in proportion to the abs, which is always a difficult thing to manage, at least from what I've seen.

I really enjoy doing it, I finally get a burn feel in my obliques for once, it really works well.

so far I have seen some improve, as long I do my speed drills I think I will have my hands were I want them in maybe six months. I hope.
