The 'hard body' aspect that the video highlighted was titillating, but that 'iron shirt' aspect isn't exclusive to Goju. Honestly, I've never seen good Goju online. (sorry for the derail)

Lokkan-Do Veteran Registered: 04/10/04 Posts: 1411 Loc: Ontario, Canada	Check out this Shotokan demo..some acting but all of the purpose of entertainment. Yet some practical hand work showing how traditional blocks can be used effectively in rapid sequence.
