Check out the KUGB national karate finals at the NIA, Birmingam from May 19th 2007. One guy gets knocked out. There's some great team & individual and team kata, and some furious kumite.

The Goju board breaking was embarassing. That whole slapping of the board over someones stomach is rediculous. Might as well light some pine board on fire

Well...I don't know what others see in various demonstrations. The 'hard body' aspect that the video highlighted was titillating, but that 'iron shirt' aspect isn't exclusive to Goju. Honestly, I've never seen good Goju online.

Check out this Shotokan demo..some acting but all of the purpose of entertainment. Yet some practical hand work showing how traditional blocks can be used effectively in rapid sequence.
