Well yea, the title sums it up lol. I got some really bad pains on my left shin.
I think it happened in my shadow sparring while doing my 1.5-2 hour training. Anyway, now when I bounce or do skipping, after I finish, there'd be a big strain or pang on one spot on my shin(about half way between my ankle and my knee). Last time it didn't hurt if you touched the spot after bouncing. But now it's starting to strain bad after bouncing. Heck, even when I'm resting now, if you touch the spot, it hurts.
I'm trying to get a doctor atm. But I don't know, and I'm worried this could affect my martial arts and my body. It could be a severed tendon or a crack in my bone. I've already stopped bouncing and skipping. Anyway, can give me some advice, solutions or possible injuries thats on my shin? That's all, thanks.
