Our Karate Dojo is starting to do some kick boxing. I need to get Good head gear, 16 oz boxing gloves, groin pads, hand wraps, and shin pads(not required but I would like them). Gloves I was looking at http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...A%3AIT&rd=1any info would be great we are going to be doing kickboxing two times a week thank you.

A lot of sporting goods stores by my house have small boxing sections, where they sell various sizes of gloves, handwraps, headgear, and the like. You may just want to take a trip to a sporting goods store before shelling out a fortune online for used equip.

http://www.titleboxing.com/These guys are about the cheapest i've found. They have 15 dollar boxing gloves and shin pads. I use them myself for MMA sparring and they're just fine. Head gear is a little harder to come by for cheap, but it's out there, although i recommend spending a little extra on Revgear's model. I don't know anything about those groin guards, other than they make it a little harder to kick. I just use a cup.
