Horse Stance

I went to a new boxing gym last night and we practiced horse stance!! I was really  . Have you ever practiced horse stance in a non Kungfu class before? Maybe I dreamed this though, as it was followed by the most varied and numerate number of ab crunches I have ever done in my whole life which may have caused me to go dillusional from the fatigue

It just as may have been a horse stance. I think they might have been doing it more for isometrics more than the actual stance application, though you do see the stance in boxing but i dont think it is intentional.

We practice it heavily in Tae Kwon Do, around here, at least.
