I bought some teaching DVDs from Stutely, I expect they will be a good investment.
DSI has good stuff.
Montague also disappoints me. I agree with the assessment. Lots of writing for little information.
Kelly (Death Touch) is an excellent book, especially if you want to break away from TCM and get to the neurology and science of PP. I have a couple of videos of his too. Information is good. It is weird because he is remodeling an apartment and with each seen the accoustics get better and by the end of the video, the apartment is finished. I guess that was how he paid for the remodeling. To learn healing, I'd recommend a DVD because it is easier to learn by seeing if you don't get the opportunity to learn in person from someone. In person is BEST. Dillman has a healing video but its dragged out and old which means the production is boring. For that reason, I'd recommend going to Pantazi's site and getting his. (Kyusho.com)
Someone has to tell me the connotation for "bloke". I'm loosing some of the subtleties of your communications.
