Anyone with common sense knows what is good and what is bad to eat, just most of us cant resist
. Since you are 14, just eat regular healthy foods, nothing special. Keeps them abs working everyday (don't kill them everyday, one day hard, one day soft).You can do 100,000,000,000,000 sit ups but without the proper eating habits you will not get a "six-pack".
Good rule of thumb when in doubt about eating right, don't stuff and don't starve.
