Great pictures and BWAHAHA on the "intercepts".

Brian looks pretty sharp, but I do think I saw Oldman serving him a lovely knuckle-sandwich or two.

Glad to see bruises and friendship once again going hand-in-hand here at FA.com.

I inadvertantly gave cxt a dainty "finger sandwich" while we were rolling. It just happened to be in his right eye. Brian was kind enough to give me nice little elbow to the lower lip enroute to a keylock. See guys it's all in the details

Although I will admit that Brian dished out the majority of the punishment I'm pretty sure I managed to land a few. Maybe not.

The elbow to the jaw was all strategy. It was just before I knew we were going to spar ya know.
Mark and his family are wonderful. If I could imagine a family that had everything I wanted ,it would be his. Thankyou very much Mark,Julie,Ian,Johanna, and Sarah!!! Also thanks to cxt and everyone else involved in my road trip,it was a wonderful learning experience! I'm very thankful to have experienced it.

Mark is an exceptional teacher with his class at Duncan's school. I could see the respect all of the students held for him. The crabfight was fun too! The two little purple bely boys were cheating like mad, they would make excellent goju students.
Mark also has an exceptional gift when it comes to kata breakdown, especially for someone who has had to do his own research and reach his own conclusions. I could see him reading my own kata when I performed it and came up with some ideas I hadn't thought of that were nice!
Oh yeah, Thanks BRAD!!!! For showing Mark the nice thigh kicks that left me bruised, ouch!!!

I'm sure I'll be meeting with Mark in the future since we're so close.

This is a little shout out to the east coast crew. Just a few days and counting for all y'all. It's going to be a great time. Each time I have gotten together with FA people it has been a blast. I considered coming to N.J. but just couldn't get over the hurdle. I would love to be there to see everyone. With as many folks as you have out there I'm expecting more than one camera angle. I hope this has helped wet your appetites. I won't be out there but I will be with you in spirit
