Folks, No , not the Stones... Brian Stone the 2005 FightingArts Warrior will begin his trip to KC tomorrow. I thought I'd begin the Travelog today. Brian will be arriving around 10:00 pm tomorrow. After spending time in chit chat about the beautiful drive from Arkansas to KC he will bunk down in in the palatial "Jannsen" suite for the evening. The day begins with a 10;30 class at my school. It will be a mixed age and rank class. BB to beginner 6 to 60. (Try teaching that class sometime). We will be joined by another FA celeb the one and only cxt. I've asked the pair to give us a "taste" of Goju. After class we nosh and head to my house for more fun. At my place we meet up with Michael Graber. A soon to be Megaton Diaz BBJ Brown belt. Mike has been training at the same judo club that I have. He is the Arizona state champion at Purple belt. He also took 3rd at the PanAm games. Mike will give us his spin on things. It will be sweeeeeeet. Later we will spend time with kata and bunkai and maybe even strap on some gear. OK it's like this we have to at least put on the gear, we don't "HAVE" to spar but These guys were my justification for spending the money!!!. I told my wife these guys are FREEKIN killing machines ! Baby help me out here? She accquiesed. So guys, we hit the heavybag so the house rocks and I scream things like UNCLE and MERCY!!!. that ought to do it I'm looking forward to the whole thing. See you guys soon.

Rock on! Sounds like a good time coming up! Mr. Stone will greatly enjoy the accomodations, the food and the company. Don't worry, Brian. You will definitely put on more weight while you are in the expert culinary hands of Mrs. Oldman. And the martial arts! Please be sure to point out which blood splatters in your downstairs dojo were caused by me. I expect pictures of this so-called "cxt" fellow. I am starting to doubt his existence. Although, sadly, I cannot be there.....I hope that something (ANYTHING.....noses, drywall, priceless ming vases, etc) gets broken in my honor. Have fun, and can't wait to hear about it.

wow...he's driving there...he told me that he didn't think his 1979 ford pinto would make it (talk about 'rolling stone') ....now there's road warrior spirit! I'm sure the visit will be well worth the mileage. Nothing but good budo has come back from each of your visitors, oldman. Good stuff. be sure to keep us updated.

Looking forward to hearing about another exciting trip to oldman's house. Let us know all the gory details, and don't forget about Mystery Date.
