Here I am, yet again, to poke and prod while asking "What are some good calisthenic workouts that I could do for definition/strength? I've done searches for "wieght free workouts", "calisthenic workouts", etc., but can't seem to find more than what I already know... (Press ups, cruches, the conventional stuff they teach you in school basically) I want to know things I've heard of but don't know! i.e. frog kicks, flys, odd things like that. Enlighten me! Any and all replies appreciated.

Burpees, and jumping jacks are good conditioning drills. For strenght pull ups and chin ups are great too. I would looking some ploymetrics if you need more body weight exercises.

We generally call them 'bodyweight exercises' on this forum, so search for that. My answer to your question can be found in the recent thread about working out on a low budget
