Here I am, yet again, to poke and prod while asking "What are some good calisthenic workouts that I could do for definition/strength? I've done searches for "wieght free workouts", "calisthenic workouts", etc., but can't seem to find more than what I already know... (Press ups, cruches, the conventional stuff they teach you in school basically) I want to know things I've heard of but don't know! i.e. frog kicks, flys, odd things like that. Enlighten me! Any and all replies appreciated.
