i have been trying some new tricks but i cant seem to get the hieght i know the mechanics are right. what muscles are the most imortant in jumping? -thankyou

This is a program that was recommended to me, I'm up to week 9 and I've noticed a significant gain in the height of my jump. Still not courageous enough to try the backflip..don't want a neckbrace.
