I have recently stareted wing chun kung fu and i have to say they have the best belts the silk sash is so sweet makes the others look like bad... Really though i think wing chun for me is the most effective on the street due to my small size (well im tall but thin) doing blocks to someone who weighs 200lb more than me is a bad idea but dogding htem all the time isnt always ganna work like i learned in taekwondo..
I'm really glad you posted this bit of information. I wear a silk Custom flat black Tai Chi Uniform I got from http://www.superiormartialarts.com and I need a belt for it to hold up my pants. I think a red belt would look nice. For foot wear to go with it I want to get a pair of custom black moccasins with red and black bead work on some Indian theme suggesting fierceness. I seen the moccansins I want on a Canadian Indian web site that are reasonably priced.
