Of course you could, any fit healthy person can, it's a matter of learning it. You have to learn to do a bridge good, one you can hold yourself in full bridge with ease, then get someone to help life your legs over your head till you can learn to do it yourself.
On another note, don't waste to much time on something that is not that usefull.

A lot of guys I wrestled with did them, they learned them from just practice, of course usually there is a 1 or 2 foot deep crash mat you can use, I wouldn't just use a regular mat or you might mess yourself up. If you can't find one to use, then I suggest training with some gymnastics they do that stuff.
Keep in mind you will never learn how to do anything properly on the internet it will be to your own interpretation and not necessarily correct.

NO YOU CAN NEVER LEARN A BACKFLIP.
Just kidding, actually my sister taught herself to do a backflip out of a backhandspring. It just took a lot of hard work and determination.
If I remember right, she began on a trampoline doing back hand springs, then back flips then did back hand springs on the ground and then THE BACK FLIP
Its pretty cool lookin good luck

If I was you I would first start on a trampoline because you get the feel for it and it is much easier because you have the spring of the trampoline to help give you more height. Although if you dont have access to one then I would first learn how to do a walkover and once you can do this well enough go on to practice a flick flack. Although if you have access to a trampoline then just test it out on there. Its just trial and error. Good luck Tez
