Is eating white rice healthy or okay? the rose brand from thailand...just to be specific. uhh im planning on getting my body toned my height is 5'7 138 pnds 14 years old and 12% body fat measured forearm, neck, abdomen, n waist, but that was internet results im planning to get from calipers thing or doctor.. yea I kind of workout daily 3 times a week maybe, I do muay thai n stuff.

Of course rice is healthy! White rice isn't considered as healthy as brown rice, here is a useful bit if info from the health section of about.com:

Cooking Brown Rice
White rice is still the usual rice found in restaurants, so for now you will probably have to get most of your brown rice at home. Brown rice takes longer than white rice to cook, so increase the amount of water slightly. Brown rice doesn't have the fluffy texture of white rice, but the marvelous nutty flavor and chewy texture makes brown rice a tasty way to get fiber into your diet.




Unless there is something particular to the rose brand of rice, you should be fine.
