I've been shadow kicking at home for like 2 months.
I'm all MT, but recently I've been exploring into Shotokan/TKD/Kyokushin kicking techniques. The pain is there as well, but I don't mind. I kinda like it. .
It goes over the next morning.
Now the question is, what's happening and why is it happening? I feel it's hurting inside the thighs.
