I may have interpreted the post incorrectly, but it came off as this get together wouldn't be for the novice. I wouldn't want anytone to think that. Where i don't have a quarter century of experience, I do have about a decade and a coat of rust In any event, I think it will be a great time, because up until I gave Krav Maga a shot, I limited myself by not training with other people and their arts. JohnL Professional Poster Registered: 03/24/03 Posts: 4309 Loc: NY, NY, USA	Hi Moyer I wear a gi when training. Only because the way I train, if you don't your clothes will probably get ripped. On the last get together, Scott just wore sweats and it was fine, but as the stuff I'm going to be going over will be more "alive" this time if you don't use a gi, bring a good supply of T shirts that you don't mind getting torn apart. Also, what I'll be going over will work equally well with either advanced or novices. _________________________ John L
