gear - eye protection

I'm looking for sports goggles (without correction)to protect my already f-ed up eyes and cannot find what I want here in Norway (the only thing I have found here is too "flimsy" for KM). What I would like ideally are goggles geared towards wresting/martial arts but if these don't exist I'll settle for goggles for squash, basketball, etc.
If anyone knows of a webshop that sells such items, please let me know. It would be even better if you have tested the goggles and can give feedback.

Try: http://www.awma.com/index.cfm/action/home.htmThey have headgear with a clear face shield. I would think you would have a better view with the shield rather than the goggles...

Hmm...I think that would be a bit "much" for my needs :-/
But thanks.

btw - I'll probably get basketball goggles (though I'm still trying to find "martial arts goggles"). I just need something that I can use for sparring (so that a bop to the eye area won't hurt my retina too much) and for wrestling/ground work (so that my opponent can practice gouging out my eyeballs without having to actually touch them)

Most eyeglass places have sports glasses with a strap that goes around behind your head..and are made of a clear plastic. The ones I have seen are nice.

Eye protection is not a bad idea, I have had my cornis scratched in my right eye 7 times. Not a good feeling for those of you that have experienced that kind of injury.

They don't sell that kind of thing in Norwegian eyeglasses shops. And basketball isn't big here so basketball goggles are not to be found... :-(

Oh, then you should definitely look into eye protection.
Also, if you're hit directly in the eye a lot, you should read up on the signs and symptoms of retinal detachment. It may seem kind of scary and freaky, but if your vigilant about protecting your eyes, treatment for RD is a "minor inconvenience" (and in most cases you can train KM etc again), as opposed to permanent blindness!
