Firstly, a quick welcome to the new contributors to the forum,please feel free to introduce yourselves properly and maybe give a little background on yourselves, training experience, and any qualifications that may be relevant.This is by no means compulsory, but may help put your contributions in context and remove the possibility of frustrations and misunderstandings that often seem to occur in the settling in period.
I have noticed that there is some bad language creeping in to some of the posts from new and established posters alike. This site has a zero tolerance policy on profanity. Feel free to come up with imaginative alternatives (cr4p, sh1t, etc) or to convey strength of feeling without even a hint of obscenity (it can be done apparently

)
Lets keep it clean and friendly Ladies and Gentleman.
