Firstly, a quick welcome to the new contributors to the forum,please feel free to introduce yourselves properly and maybe give a little background on yourselves, training experience, and any qualifications that may be relevant.This is by no means compulsory, but may help put your contributions in context and remove the possibility of frustrations and misunderstandings that often seem to occur in the settling in period.
I have noticed that there is some bad language creeping in to some of the posts from new and established posters alike. This site has a zero tolerance policy on profanity. Feel free to come up with imaginative alternatives (cr4p, sh1t, etc) or to convey strength of feeling without even a hint of obscenity (it can be done apparently )

I dont get the alternative thing. If you are allowing people to use sh1t and other alternatives, whats the point? They know what it means anyways.

Those that know the 'full' word already will interperate the modification as such. Those that dont know the word and/or spelling eg. the very young, will just read a confusing and inoffensive typo, thus not being inadvertantly exposed to direct bad language.
There is no argument here. You may see it as a silly technicality, and that is your right, but my responsibility is to ensure that the sight rules are abided by. Bad language is not permitted, yet is becoming prevalent. I have addressed the problem and given fair alternatives in the interest of maintaining as much freedom of expression as possible. How you choose to post is up to you, but blatant bad language has caused more people to be banned from this site than any other reason.
