The speed of those punches (which I m not sure they are punches but more like slaps [open hands])is good and very impressive. Like Monji said, in sparring or a practical application (alhought everyone should work on their hand speed and delivering quick, multiple blows) I would go for quality over quantity, for example 3 of those fast hits and then use a couple of elbow or chun sau or fook sau the back of the head and punch real hard on the side of the neck.
Just my opinion, although it looks pretty impressive with a lot of control.

I found some more clips I really think drive home Wing Chun Ideas.. check them out:
He is doing pretty good in the Circle, good timing and reaction + good technique
another circle clip with a bigger fighter, but still follows same ideas. Good clip

Sifu lee has allot of good clips, with quality Wing Chun examples. Any comments or conflicting ideas? its ok to disagree.

i totally agree on what you said about the clips, and you actually gave me some ideas that i haven't noticed before, So thanks alot!!
i think it's true that only sparring with people that practices the same style as yourself is a near waste of time. Back in Hong Kong, my seifu always takes me and other classmates to nearby Myui tai and tae Kwan do clubs for sparring.(0r get BEATEN the [censored] out of us). But it's all the learning process, no pain no gain!
