DEC.8th I was supposed to train in mma classes today,but my sensei made me go to karate!(had to test a yellow and purple belt) Had a tough workout anyway. Did about 1,000(not exagerating)kicks over chairs.That was a workout alone,then i sparred some under ranks a few rds. Topped it off with some kata. Going back to mma classes tues.,they probably think i got scared away.They obviously dont know i am gojuwarrior  .

Thanks,you should have seen my black belt training routine,sick.I hope i never have to go through that kind of training again(but i doubt it).

It is sunday, Jan.1st. I feel it is time to get back to training.As all of you know my father passed and ever since then i havent been training.I feel it is time to begin my training again with the new year,so watch out, here comes gojuwarrior1 (i finally got my old name back,go figure, new year, old name!?)

O.k. tried a new routine
Jan.3rd. bench press -165lbs -4 sets-6-7 reps.
chest flys-80 lbs.-4 sets-6 reps.
Overhead tricep extensions-45lbs.-4sets-6 reps.
french press-60 lbs.-4 sets-8 reps.
Military press-70lbs.-4 sets-6 reps.
Upright rows-70 lbs.-4 sets-6 reps. I might add one more exercise per body part,feels like it isnt enough?
Felt good to get back to work!

O.K., i did nothing Tuesday (lazy spell).
Jan.5th- Went to karate- teached for an hour- Next we did a stength circuit.then sparred with the jrs.Then fought in the triangle (2 against 1)With some advanced adults.Then did 5 rds on the bag.Went over kata at the end.

Jan.7th- 4 sets of 8 preacher curls
4 sets of 8 lazy curls
4 sets of step ups with a weight vest 15 reps.
3 sets of 8 squats
4 sets of 20 heel raises.
Comments: need to add more weight with the arms and add an extra exercise.Legs, i need to work in a hamstring exercise.
