I know you say that "moderators are immune", but that doesn't negate the fact that Brian went through one heck of an ordeal and deserves recognition for it. I know he's "just a moderator", but I've lost family members to cancer (I know, I'll be very diligent about having my physicals done once I'm in the military), and I know he deserves some recognition for what he went through. The toughest thing I've faced in life was watching someone I loved greatly die a slow, painful death.

Thankyou,but I don't really need recognition. I went through it and it's done.Many people have been through worse that you'll never hear of. Lots of people deserve recognition for helping me through it. My brother and his wife,my dad,my sister,my church family,my guard family,and all of my friends,even you guys!!!!

Ok, at least you got your plaque. You are right, there are thousands of cancer survivors, people with hiv/aids who get up and continue living every day even when they feel like giving up the struggle, even a few who go through some of the stuff I go through (not complaining, just mentioning it), unable to find decent work or fulfill their obligations as an adult (not referring to money problems, referring to not living up to the ideal of a "mature adult").

Still, I'm vying for "Fighting Arts Warrior of the Year '06".

I like to remain as is. I believe at 2000 posts you become a Professional Poster so that is something in the near future. Let's just hope that being on here and posting that I'm contributing and not being a "poser" or pain in the butt.

Brian went through something that I hope I never have to see. I applaud him for wanting to stay as is and that he mentions others have gone through it or worse. He of course is a small fish in the big sea of things ... but he is a fish in our pond and when he need support we were here for him. He acknowledges this as well ... I guess as sort of a thanks ... but none was needed as this is just people caring when it matters. No thanks are ever necessary in instances like this ... just a smile.

The newb's titles "Stranger" seem a bit dark and untrustworthy, eh?
