New York accent? I figured an Osaka ben was more like...a Southern drawl...you know...friendly like. Ed, you are a regular Steven Segal...at least it's funny to hear an Osaka accent from a round-eye  . And I cheated of course...wife's from Osaka. Later, dude! Coffee's on me.

Segal speaks perfect Japanese, but has an Osaka-ben. Funny. Check out Above the Law again when he speaks to the Japanese computer lady.

He got very good Thai as well [although not fluent]. And the thing that shocks me, he has a northern accent on it. That's some really strange stuff. -Taison out

my Japanese suucks now...really. the kids refuse to let me butcher it...."give it up dad - eigo hanashinasai!". eigo hanashinasai = 'speak English!' (like an order or strongly suggesting)
