in other words, you need 2 minds in order to even HAVE a secret. Therefore, there can be no 'secret'.

James 1:8 a doubleminded man, unstable in all his ways.  (ASV)

Ed 11/18: "A singleminded man, unchallenged in all his ways." (FWIW)

Here's a great irony: 'Gospel of James' - Scholars have established that, based on the style of the language and the theological concerns, and the fact that the author is apparently not aware of contemporary Jewish customs, the work is pseudonymous.

The irony is not lost on me. I'm much better at keeping secrets from myself than I am from others.

Oldman,

Ooooh! I think I like your post.

I used to watch Kookla, Fran, and Ollie when I was a kid. I can settle in for the Mark and Ed Hour.

The secret of (eternal) life...is Nickelodean/cable tv. They say nothing ever dies because of cable...but I haven't seen K,F and Ollie resurrected yet.

Harlan,

How about Big Blue Marble? Add that to your Scholastic News collection and you can figure out who isn't a kid...anymore!
