We always tell people to 'keep on topic' ...wouldn't it be a difficult exercise to have a thread which never stayed on topic? I'd be interested to see where it goes.

The only rule for this thread: 'stay off topic'.

"He killed the noble Mudjokivis. Of the skin he made him mittens, Made them with the fur side inside, Made them with the skin side outside. He, to get the warm side inside, Put the inside skin side outside; He, to get the cold side outside, Put the warm side fur side inside. That's why he put the fur side inside, Why he put the skin side outside, Why he turned them inside outside. "

You may have found a loophole

Is a topicless topic like an artless art?

My wife's car was dripping oil, so I tightened the drain plug. No more leaks. Time to hit the bag now.

Since constantly changing the topic is in itself the topic, woudln't going off topic then be staying on topic?

And if not, I went off the topic by addressing the meaning of the topic anyways, so I'm covered either way!

topic....thas a funny word....topic, topci, topic, topic......

I'm So confused! If we're supposed to stay ON topic by staying OFF topic, then I'm going OFF topic responding to this, which would mean that I'm ON topic. But since we're supposed to stay OFF the topic of this post, are we supposed to try to stay ON topic????
I don't get it now

A short story by Ed:

After a rank test, the Sensei handed Billy his new Brown belt and proclaimed "San-Kyu". Billy submitted his test fee in the form of a personal check while simultaneously receiving his brown belt with the other hand and replied, "Your Welcome."
