Hi guys not long ago i was asking about peoples opinions on a book called Ultimate Flexibility by Sang H Kim.
Well anyway I bought the book in the end and have finally finished reading it and was quite impressed. It firstly starts off describing joints and muscles and then goes into alot of detail about all the different kinds of stretches.
I found it very easy to follow and he has also combined a list of all of his favourite stretches.
I advise getting it if you are like me not very flexible.
