dadoody5 Member Registered: 03/01/05 Posts: 63	Hello, I currently eat Pho with a little bit of bean sprout and basil leaves, but what type of meat should I be eating this with??? Rare beef? BBQ Pork? Shrimp? Fish? Anything else???? Also i add hoison sauce and this spicey sauce with the chicken. Help plz? :<

Most of the time, I have it without meat, but I like it with beef - thin slices of flank and fatty beef. I also add Hoisin sauce, bean sprouts, fresh, hot pepper, and chilli oil.
