Hi! I have a problem with my breathing. Sometimes if I think of my breathing or I can feel my breathing then I cant get it on auto. I just have to think of how i am brathing and if i don't think then i dont't breathe and i have to start thinking. It goes away when i get sleepy or when something cool happens. Then i forget it and it my breathing goes to auto. Could somebody please give me some exercises how to overcome this thing it is bothering me for 6 months now. Thanks!And sorry for the bad english!
