its completely worthless. there are no such things as secrets of training. if you want to learn get yerself some instruction.

How can someone who has never seen the videos say they are worthless? In fact, according to your own profile, you have no training experience what-so-ever. How can someone like that possibly give good advice?
Granted, the Accelerated Battlefield Combative site is "over the top" as far as marketing is concerned, but the videos are truly rock solid.
None of that Hollywood nonsense, just hard hitting combat information you can actually use.

actually i've had four anfd bit years of shukokai karate. these aren't just my veiws. search the forum on this topic and there are quite a lot of people with similar veiws.

Like I said before, I have them and am extremely happy.
They shipped fast, and the information on the videos is EXCELLENT (production quality so-so). I have bought many more products from them since, and I have yet to find something not worth every single penny. GET THEM!!
