Head & Body - 2 Points
Arms & Legs - 1 Point
Strikes and Low line kicks are allowed but only to facilitate the knife strike.
In-line hockey helmet with grappling gloves and groin guard are the only mandatory safety equipment.

What kind of mock-knife is used? Are thrusts allowed?

Thrusts, slashes are allowed.
The mock knife is a rubber baton with a wooden centre shaft.
