and the title 'why do men have nipples?' made me laugh as that is a question that can be answered in a paragraph lol.

Okay, lets have your answer in a paragraph

its pretty simple really. i think most people know that very early feotus's in the womb are all female before the hormones create the male genitalia or define the female. the nipples are created while the foetus is female in the womb.

there you go. answer in a paragraph.

bit of extra info, because guys have nipples most guys nipples start to develop into breasts during puberty but this usually stops and the swelling goes down. this is called geaneocomastia and most guys have it, strangly its not very well known about. but for some guys it doesn't stop and they develop full breasts that can lactate but most have them surgically removed.

you can also tell the libido of a woman by the length of her ring finger, as this is directly affected by the amount of testosterone the foetus takes in during pregnancy. it works in the same way as the mens feet size thing.

i'm going to stop typing and press continue now.

Watch it funstick, women with small hands can punch just as hard.

And before harlan gives me the finger (so long as she first removes her ring)....I'm reading some stuff about Master Wong Kiew Kit's "One Finger (Shooting) Zen"....

Yeah, show him the middle one for me. He is supposed to play along and show a couple of appropriate Icons or something when I asked about that one para on the men-nipples, not a biology lesson and the size of men's feet.

By the way, its the size of the nose and not the foot; the nose being situated along the same centre line of the body just as the (censored) The feet, however, being two in number on either side of the body have reference to the (censored)

I digress...mea culpa! Let's chalk this up to cultural and gender differences in communication.

To get the thread back on track: what books ARE we reading these days?

(edited for Kin's suggestion)

you should re-iterate the question Harlan: What Books are you reading now?" so people don't answer the question: 'what are you reading into now?'

Don't know if that is Enlightening...but I am sure it is reflective!

I have the distinction of being the only person in my class to completely evade the camera throughout Jr and Sr. High. What a dummy!

Just finished Phillip Pullman's "His dark materials" trilogy, zapped through "secret life of bees" and I'm now doing a bit of Jacqueline Wilson as research (honestly), cos I teach kids. All quite enlightening in their way.
