Impressive. I was under the impression that Bruce Lee opposed forms, however. Can someone clear that up for me?

I think the "forms" thing is because he learned Kung Fu before he created JKD. That part of the video was from his earlier years before he threw the concept of form out the window.

also forms would have looked better than some drilled punches or a form made up on the spot

That was a great link and welcome. I was wondering if made the 3D portion? Because I have started learning 3D Max but I am not up to that level yet.
