Wheatgrass:
Contains very high concentrations of vitamins, minerals and live enzymes

* Suitable for those on a gluten-free diet

* Excellent provider of proteins required for cell regeneration and renowned for it's healing properties

* Just 2 ounces of juice provides the same nourishment as up to 4 pounds of fresh, green vegetables
* Helps to maintain healthy digestion, purify and build the blood, and is an excellent all round detoxifier
* Wonderfully energizing and very useful for helping in times of increased stress or illness.

I think the fresh wheatgrass as opposed to tablet form would be most beneficial.

Some useful resources:

It might also be useful to look into spirulina.

Hope this helps!

If you are doing chemo for cancer you might ask the doctor about not taking those vitamins that deal with radicals like E, etc. I have heard that it counters the effects of the chemo since they are trying to kill cells the bad ones faster then the good ones. So check up on that about the vitamins etc.

Also check out some shakes -- I know the body needs those fibers but shakes can help out when the body says I dont want to eat, drink a shake self made or say one like kashi makes all natural ingrediants or one someone else can point out or give you a formula or recipe for.

Thanks for all the replies.I did some research and found out what not to eat so I can try to avoid side effects. Basicall I can't eat anything fried, spicy, sweet,or fatty and no coffee or caffeinated tea.I shouldn't eat food while it's hot either, room temperature or cold is reccomended. So I guess i'll be chewing on my shirt.
There are some things that fit in there,I like subway sandwiches! Also I should eat several small meals and no big ones and drink ensure as was suggested.
Thanks everyone!
