In Wing Chun
fut/fat sao - buddha palm dui sao - chopping hand gang sao - crossing/cutting hand
but I don't know if this is what the poster was asking about?

Thanks for the replies.
I'm actually familiar with the Wing Chun hand names.
My question was aiming more towards just the general terms. I guess an easier way to explain this would be that I'm looking for terms that I could use if I were to go to China. It'd be weird to go up to a Chinese guy and say "snap kick".
Here's the few mandarin terms I know, if it helps: (apologies for some of the phonetics)
Side kick - tsuh ti Axe kick - pi tui Front kick - chien ti (I suppose this could be a snap/toe kick?)
