What if any protecitve gear do you use in Krav?
Me:
Hand wraps or MMA gloves for Krav.
10 oz gloves, Heavy shin guards, mouthguard and quality leather headgear for fight class.
What brands do you like and why?

10 oz gloves?? We use 14 or 12. Also the nutt cuppp! very important part of fight class. NO particular brand that I like, just as long as it does the job. I don't use wraps for my hands just wrist wraps.

Ooops! I ment 16 oz gloves And yes the cup is a critical item! The most comfortable combination I found was from UnderArmor.

I don't do krav, but I think the bulky boxing gloves should only be used by beginners or those who lack control. They rule out grabs and locks too much and limit you to just punching.

The gloves are used for full contact fight class. Our dojo does 50% force. Other dojo's in our system do up to 100% force.

We use 6-8 Oz gloves, Box (cup), others use mouth guards. I dont as a reminder to not get hit in the head.
