Looks good to me. You may want to alternate between bench and chins on fridays just to balance the emphasis on the chest a little, though I know that cleans are great for the back/traps, a little direct lat work never hurt anyone

nice routine, be sparing with your one/two rep max workouts- they are hard on the body. I would periodise to such low reps only 4 times per year (12 week cycles).
