I have a suggestion for a health&nutrition.Like in energy arts with chi balls. To make a list of food and drinks(which food is good for gaining/loseing weight), how to make shakes,power drinks,proteins... Cause you know what do we do, how we train and what do we need after/before training.
So that`s everything in one place and that there`s no need to ask some questions over and over again.
All of you with some expirience in nutrition get together in forum debate and make a list and advices.Then put together all advices and stuff. After that moderator can put it on h&n as part of it.
Just a suggestion not only to stop asking same questions but to get best out of it. To get more responses and not only from 1-2 who may be wrong.
The idea is something like this:
-food for gaining weight
-food for diet
good or bad when doing something...
something like this, what do you say?
