Yes, once again I am going all technical on you. These are not all the greatest examples, but they give you an idea of some different kickboxing techniques.

NOTE: A lot of the kicks use some odd names, from what I am used to seeing.

I think the demonstration are decent but the names throw me a bit. A standard Roundhouse is referred to as a spin kick(?) They explain the situations when to use them pretty well too in some of the clips. The boxing clips are the ones I found most useful.

Yeah, I know....heel(Hook) kick, etc....I don't know where they got the names from, but at least you can get an idea of how to do them.

Some decent bag work ideas as well.

Nice. The sound vs. video synchronization kept throwing me off though. Is it just my computer, or did the videos go too fast while the sound went normally?
