RazorFoot Professional Poster Registered: 12/01/04 Posts: 2064 Loc: Seated at the computer, DUH	I think the demonstration are decent but the names throw me a bit. A standard Roundhouse is referred to as a spin kick(?) They explain the situations when to use them pretty well too in some of the clips. The boxing clips are the ones I found most useful.
