Nothing with dairy products in it.

You can get soya milk for your cereal if you still want coco pops
Olive oil based spread for toast.
Scrambled egg is nice
Porridge can be made with water/soya milk
i have been known to eat chicken and rice for breakfast if i have had the forethought to prepare it.

Most grocery stores now have this brand of milk called Lactaid, it contains no lactose so you can drink that stuff. Just try on bottle of it out and if it doesn't cause any stomach pains than your problem is solved.

I used to have half soy, half milk, shakes. I suppose you could have an all soy-shake. Blend up a banana and other fruits. You could toast bread with peanut butter and honey or bananas. I used to eat lentil soup for breakfast. Anything is breakfast food, really.

A friend of mine is lactose intolerant, AND allergic to soya milk.. Try rice-milk, it also tastes like.. you guessed it, rice. usually best if you're using it with something else (Mash or whatever it is you eat) could be good for protein shakes *shrugs*
