Just to follow up on this...its been 19 days..not great improvements. The pain in my bicep switched to primarily my tricep area. I can only agrivate this pain by doing a movement met by resistance mimicking an arm wrestle OR when I curl, at the point where my elbow bends I feel pain and discomfort running through that tricep area.(in around the back part of the arm that is really hard and bulbous)Dunno what to do, went to the docs and he said x-rays or physio shouldnt be nessicery and to tough it out, that was the 16th.Its so agrivating,...I was doing so well and was beating everyone left and right in arm wrestles now my muscle is deteriorating. The pain itself seems to be well inside the arm..and unless I had a sports doctor I dont think i'm ever going to know for sure what the problem is.Another great agrivation is almost every upper body exercise invloves the tricep to various degrees...so just because I hurt it doing one specific thing I cant do a whole spectrum of body building as a result. The lesson here? Dont get drunk and arm wrestle at weddings.

The other day I pulled something in my arm from arm wrestling my friend. It was an intense arm wrestle and I knew it must have been it that did it to me because I only work biceps once a week.Anyway that was saturday...yesterday when I went to do my curls I had this damm pain in my arm..kinda sharp and burning..sometimes painfull sometimes irritating and slightly painfull.Anyway Ive had this before...catching a heavy box off a truck before did it to both arms in the same area and that was very painfull.I had also done it once by curling too much weight before i was ready for it.So ive covered the area of what not to do to create this problem...what I want to know is exactly what it is..so at least ultimatly I can understand the problem better.

Go see a doctor about it. He'll tell you exacltly whats wrong. Something a bit difficult to do on the otherside of the computer.

I recommend going back then, and saying it still troubling you. Find out exactly whats wrong, and give it rest.
