I have to admit, the commonly seen "forward throw", can be a little awkward to execute on an "uncooperative" person, but the principle of a forward/backward takedown is there: tai-otoshi (body drop), uchimata (inner-thigh reap), o-soto gari (major outer reap), ashi harai (foot sweep), ko-soto gake (minor outer hook), kouchi gari (minor inner reap) etc.
Remember, it's the "principle", not the technique...
