I've start reading this book called 365 Tao which each page helps you think and ponder. Suppose to read every single day. Good for meditation. My friend gave me that book and I'm starting today. Has anyone read this book or similar books.

Yes I have that book and enjoy it a lot. Two other books by Deng Ming-Dao that are very good one is "Chronicles of Tao" my favorite book and the other is "Scholar Warrior".

Chronicles of Tao is a book about a Taoist master's life.

pathfinder7195 for 365 tao, I'm on page 4, do you concentrate on the topic or think about or just meditate with the topic you read?
