Hmmmmmm...since a gi is simply the daily garment that folks wore in the days of old...why don't we do as they? Make it really traditional and wear our day to day clothes? Suits, dresses, etc.???? That is..if you really want to get technical.

The gi, short for dogi, was not the daily dress.
