Is that the answer you were looking for? Keep in mind that interception is really a simple concept and can be done with a myriad of techniques. One of my favorites is the elbow spike (elbow destruction). Thoughts? -John

Anonymous Unregistered	Intercepting is good and all, but if you press the attack, I think that is better. I would rather make the opponenet do the intercepting, if you know what I mean.
