Anonymous Unregistered	I live in panama city florida, and i want to take up some sort of competition fighting. I was wondering if anybody would know someone who could train / get me into fighting. If nothing else could someone tell me some good training till i find a place? I'd like to do some training like thai boxers do, i heared thats some brutally cool stuff. Thx for your help guys =) -Matt

Anonymous Unregistered	Look around in your area for a good muay thai school.They're all about competition.Start off slowly ,learn the basics before jumping into anything. Get a heavy bag so you can practice at home.Practice your kicks and get your shins use to it. Good luck.
