I'm 34, and it'll be a cold day in hell before I miss a class for anything other than a real medical emergency. I can get a bit dippy the week before I come on, though, so I have to concentrate harder, but that's it, really. Give 'em a tampon and an aspirin and tell 'em to get on with it! alice xx

Seriously though my wife sometimes misses training at that time of the month. Not always but probably one month in two or thereabouts. I think it is listening to body and would never suggest she go when she feels lousy.

There is an old abandoned building down the street from our village, I mean nieghborhood, I wonder if all the husbands should send thier wive there while they are having thier periods? You might want to send a copy to that chap you were talking about on t'other belt tying thread!
