Excellent stuff,

I was actually thinking of training BJJ - I'm a bit torn between BJJ or going back to Judo...

Well I can't do either until my damn gym membership expires in Novemember!

First I'd like to say that I am Dyslexic and am sorry about all the spelling errors.

Good luck with the BJJ. It's a grate style, and with the same instructor he should be able to flow from one to the other.

As far as BJJ or Judo well that all depends on you and the instructors you can fined. I did Judo heavily for 11 years because I loved it. When I started really branching out I found a closed circle Jui-Jitsu. I liked it because we spent a lot of time on striking and the transition to sanding grappling (assorted joint locks from a standing position.) With all the time I had spent in Judo i figured that it would help me more then Brazilian Jui-Jitsu.

One thing I really like about BJJ is the way they train, constant drilling, drilling, drilling with alive partners.

The judo I have done is equally alive but where they will drill by practicing the technqiues for about 10 minutes each, I want to practice them for an hour!
