It is handy when your partner trains at the same club as you, as it usually prevents this sort of thing going too far. It is possible to leave relationships outside the door up to a point, but at the end of the day, it is much worse to be physically hurt by your partner. Maybe it is because this is the person that at the end of the day you share your troubles with and look to for comfort and security.
