Seriously, you have to look at whats being used in the ring. There aren't many people who use the high kick in MMA and are good at it, Mirko Crocop I think is the only one. Most of the time, it's a waste of time.

I'm not going to tell you which one is better, cause they are all good in their respects, I WILL tell you that Muay Thai has mainly a middle to lower kick zone, which suits MMA more practically.

Just don't want to start another Art VS. Art flame war man. Besides, this question has been asked 2 times every week since I joined this forum.
